No one else probably even cares about this but I’m super excited about it…

I just bought my little dude the cutest fall madras pant set from Chase and Company on Etsy. I got the pants in a 2T so he can hopefully wear them into the summer. Because what little boy doesn’t look totally presh in some madras pants and a polo?

Oh, and I participated and won in my 1st Facebook children’s clothing auction today. Squishy baby will be struttin’ around this winter in a super cute blue snowman longall. BAZINGA!!!! I’ll tell you one thing, those FB auctions make me happy to have a little boy. There are so many people bidding that you have to be really on your game to get some of the girl outfits. Sheesh! Those women are fast.

Does anyone else out there participate in the children’s clothing auctions on Facebook? I’m so indecisive that I’m quite surprised that I actually made a decision quick enough to actually win something.

Derek’s co-worker and our friend, Erin, made the bean some adorable onesies.  We totally think she needs to open an Etsy Shop and start selling these adorable little masterpieces.  We offered our child as a model when she starts up this booming business venture.  I’ll let ya’ll know when (and if) she gets that store up and running.  So get on it, Erin!

This is one of my favorite things about buying things on Etsy!  I mean….has Target ever given you personal touches like this?  I think not.

We put up the tree yesterday, so I will post some photos of these sweet frosty flakes hanging on the tree very soon.

I’m thinking about starting an antique camera collection.  It’s something I’ve been wanting to do for quite some time.  While bumble-farting around Etsy for a few hours last week (I do this like twice a week…love that website) I came across an antique camera, and decided to do a search for more cameras.  To my disbelief there were quite a few for sale, and the prices quite reasonable.  I’ve been eyeing this Rexo Jr.  Just look at it….it just screams OLD.

Photography is a hobby of mine, and I think these relics would be a unique way to display a bit of what I love for all to see.  Well, for people who come to my house to see, anyway.

Okay, so I am totally stoked because Derek and I are thinking about buying a MacBook.  Woo hooo!!!  Of course we are waiting until after WWDC so we don’t buy one of the last few of the current model and then @ WWDC they announce a new OS & price cut.  That would be just my luck.  Plus….oh this is wonderful….if you are a college student and buy a Mac Book through September 8th you get a free iPod Touch with the purchase.  Derek starts grad school on Monday June 8…which is the same day as WWDC09!

But here is the part where I need your help…..
