Before Derek & I tied the knot we had some wedding showers thrown in our honor, but there was one shower that I could never seem to find pictures of. This past week I found out that my in-laws had some that a friend had sent them. My father-in-law, Doogle (btw…coolest nickname ever!), forwarded them on to me.
Well, we had our church shower yesterday.
I must say that Derek and I are so blessed to have so many people in our lives that love us so much. Derek has always told me that wedding showers at church were large, but I truely had no idea what we were about to walk into. I would have been blown away if we had received half as many gifts as we did. I just want to say thank you soooo much to all the wonderful people who attended the shower and those who where unable attend, but were there in spirit. We had a wonderful time! It’s lucky we arrived in an SUV, because we left in a Uhaul! j/k
