I definitely had a ton of hunger attacks when I was pregnant---and I gained quite a bit of weight because of it! (esp. the first time around) My advice is to cut the empty carbs. Saltines and strawberries don't fill you up, of course you're still hungry. Eat foods high in healthy fats (butter, olive oil, coconut oil, meat) and low in carbs, esp. any processed foods or refined carbs. Those will spike your blood sugar, turning what you just ate into fat and making you starving an hour later. Limit those in your diet and eat more healthy fats...don't be afraid of them, they won't make you fat! The more carbs you eat, the more you gain weight and the hungrier you are because your blood sugar is crazy. You'll be much happier and more healthy and able to go longer between eating if you cut them down a bit and replace with substantial food. =) Good luck, pregnancy eating is hard!!!! I used to eat a whole pan of rice krispy treats when I was pregnant!
